Connect to your Valheim server

Your Qubesquad Valheim server holds up to 10 players. Valheim always asks for a server password, so have that ready too.

Find your address and port

1. Open your server at panel.qubesquad.com.
2. Click the address at the top to open Connection details.
3. Copy the address and port — Valheim usually uses 2456, so it looks like your-server.qubesquad.net:2456.

Join the server

1. Launch Valheim and select (or create) your character, then choose Start.
2. On the world/server screen choose Join Game, then the Join IP tab.
3. Paste your address:port and click Connect.
4. Enter the server password when prompted.

Where’s the server password?

It’s the password set for the world when the server was created. You can view or change server settings from the Files tab (or Config), or ask whoever set the server up.

It won’t connect?

• Server offline — check the dashboard status pill and press Start.
• “Wrong password” — passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 5 characters.
• After a Valheim update — restart the server from the dashboard so it matches your game version.
• Running mods (BepInEx)? — every player needs the same mods installed locally as the server. See Add plugins.
